PSA nitrogen generator is a safe, convenient and energy-saving method to produce nitrogen directly on site. The compressed air contains 79% nitrogen, which is not only the raw material of nitrogen making mechanism, but also the energy source of 99.999% high-purity nitrogen produced by nitrogen making machine. Nitrogen generator uses pressure swing adsorption technology. Molecular sieve, the core material, absorbs oxygen to produce nitrogen when passing through compressed air, and releases absorbed oxygen when venting under reduced pressure to realize repeated nitrogen generation. The power consumption of nitrogen generator is only 0.1kw.
